Google Analytics

A final shot in the dark. I have a client that’s using Analytics to track outgoing links but there’s one link/script that is not being tracked. I’ve been working with the client’s Google rep to sort this out for 2 days but they still can’t get it to work.

The plain-Jane link is a javascript-generated sign-up form.

<script type="text/javascript" src="[http://forms.yoursite.com](http://forms.yoursite.com)/form/12/123456789.js"

Below are the different suggestions recommended by Google, none of which work:

<script type="text/javascript" src="[http://forms.yoursite.com](http://forms.yoursite.com)/form/12/123456789.js"

<script type="text/javascript" src="[http://forms.yoursite.com](http://forms.yoursite.com)/form/12/123456789.js"

But after trying all of these variations it still is not being tracked. Is there anything that jumps out as being wrong or could the problem be that it’s a script? Google is out of ideas so any help would be welcome.

Todd

Hi Todd

Bit of a shot in the dark but there’s a space between :// and forms:
src="http:// forms.yoursite.com

Hope this helps

Kind regards
