Can anyone take a second to tell me if the Google maps are displaying on this page…
http://demo-one.co.uk/more-maps/
I’m being told that on android phones and Windows the maps don’t load.
So if anyone could test this even on Mac just as a check. Even better on windows or Android
I can’t recreate the problem myself. I have a Maps API key etc.

Hi David,
Just tried it on an old Android phone, they show up fine using Androids internet app, but with firefox the maps show as long thin strips. It’s an old phone, so probably an old version of FF.

Thanks Trev, Thomas,
If any anyone can check the better…
(it might be a slow load issue - I’ve heard “including multiple maps API on a page might cause unexpected results” might cause a problem)

Thank you Phil.
Yes probably an old Firefox does not like HTML5 and responsive sites. At least they display

Older PC laptop running IE8 displays the maps but with a warning:
You are using a Browser that is not supported by the Google Maps Javascript API.
Chrome 35 - fine on same machine.

Thanks David,
That might be the issue then - an unsupported IE browser. Client feedback I got was “they’re not working” of course blind to any relevant error messages.
