A beginner question. I know how to produce the desired gradient but can’t seem to figure out how to rotate (the gradient) to the desired orientation. I would like to make a column appear rounded (dark at the vertical side edges and light in the middle). The default orientation seems to be about 45 degrees upper left to lower right and I need to make it vertical. I’ve read the tutorials but can’t seem to make sense of it. Please help. JEFF
Press “g” gradient and click and drag to set the orientation.
Clicking and dragging will change the gradient every time You make it.
So to make this kind of gradient, You should make 3 color gradient first (add a light gradient point in the middle between th two dark endpoints in a gradient window) and drag from the middle of the top to the middle of the bottom.
