Does anyone know how I obtain the Graphic Link to PDF action. It shows on Softpress as almost a standard action but I have Freeway Pro 5 and it is not listed in there.

Try this:
Select graphic Item
Select Item Menu > Actions and it should be listed there. (It is on My
FW5 Pro).
You can then link to PDF file and it will be uploaded automatically.

Have tried this, the only option I get in the Menu > Actions is Link to PDF which just creates the text link. I can’t assign it to a graphic.

It must be the Item Menu - then Actions not the Insert Menu > Actions,
which I suspect you may have tried.
Try Also:
2… Open the Actions window, if not already open, (Window Menu >
Actions) and click on the small ‘+’ sign at bottom left. This will
bring up a contextual menu of Actions you can apply. You should find
what you want there.
