Feel a bit stupid for asking this, but how do I amend the Gravatar icon that appears next to my posts? I’ve gone into Accounts’ , selected ‘update your gravatar’ and got whisked away to Gravatar.com too add one. I already have a gravatar there, signed up with same email address but can’t figure how to associate it with Freeway talk?

You can have one Gravatar active at a time, and it’s associated with your e-mail address. When the FreewayTalk site asks for a gravatar for you, it sends an encoded form of your e-mail address in the URL to the Gravatar server. The Gravatar site allows you to upload bunches of different images, and choose one of those to be your primary image du jour. Keep hunting at their site, I know they’ve remodeled several times in the past year, so it may be moved/hidden – but it is definitely somewhere on that site.

Many thanks for the reply, really appreciated. Ater having a look round on their site, and you mentioning that it’s associated with a certain email address, I’ve amended it to use the same email as my Freewaytalk account (made it default) and voila - it’ just appeared here.
Not a cool as a white dog, but its a start!
