I posted a ticket, late Tuesday night, then replied to my own ticket a few minutes later, explaining that the situation had righted itself the moment I went downstairs and got a beer. Here was their reply, seconds later:

We’re glad you’ve found out the secret to happiness on the internet: If something frustrates you, grab a beer and stop squinting at the loading bar.
Let us know if you ever hit a problem that can’t be solved by a beer! We’d be happy to help! Or just drink with you.
