I am sending out an email to 531 recipients through mail. I have put all in a group in address book. Can anyone confirm that this will be fine… I have never sent to a group before.
any setup suggestions / tips etc would be gratefully appreciates.
You could check with your email provider first, as they sometimes block mass emails like this. Your best bet would be to use a dedicated sending service such as Campaign Monitor, MailChimp, or Vertical Response – that way you won’t get any nasty surprises if something does go wrong. Plus, they provide all the things required by law like automatic unsubscribe links, and so on.
