I had an outage on Thursday and reported it. By the time James replied shortly after that, it was back up.
However, there have been one or two times since then where it seemed to be unavailable for short periods. It almost seemed like the server was asleep. I say this because I wasn’t getting email, so I checked my sites and have-host.com in Safari. At first, the sites took a while to respond, but then they did and email worked shortly thereafter.
