It’s not working for me, neither sending nor receiving. It’s been that way for at least a few hours for me.

After I posted panic over, they stopped working again and it hasn’t worked overnight here in the UK. Now they are working again. Curious that webmail also stopped working.

Hello!
On Saturday, I noticed some odd metrics on the server and began an investigation. As a result, we determined that one of the RAID drives was failing - and last evening at 1am EST we initiated a swap out. As the server is in a RAID environment, the swapping out should not have had any significant affects to the user-base on that server. This morning, however - a massive amount of auto-emails from various lists were sent out, causing the restore to slow and the server over all to slow - causing email service to become unavailable. Th restore has completed and everything should be as it should be.

If there are any further issues, please feel free to use the 3rd Party ticketing system that I maintain at: havehost.zendesk.com. I pick this up on both my iPhone and iPad - so you can reach me immediately - and get info much faster.

Yes mail broken, web ok though.

Also yesterday trouble started with mail security certificate being out of date!!!

More pain.

Yes, same here web ok, just not mail. I think James updated the SSL Cert yesterday which had expired. Don’t know whether that is responsible. I’ve raised a ticket.

Yes, I’ve had that for some time, when I go in to setup spam filters. Effectively I have to login twice.

I have confirmed with the techs that the certificate is installed correctly. If you are choosing to use SSL for your mail, your incoming and outgoing mail server needs to be set to universe.have-host.com - otherwise, I am told, that you will then get connection issues/errors.

You do have the option to Show Certificate and then to Always Trust - this will require an Admin password to implement.

Hi,

This seems intermittent.

Got email this morning about 9am on my iPhone, logged into my Mac and no email. Then about 10am i could get emails, its just gone down for about 5 mins, and it’s now back up. very frustrating.

Let’s hope all will be resolved and we can get back to normal and it just works!
