Height of Drop Down Menu

Hi there,

I’m new to Freeway Pro, as have just upgraded - so am still finding my feet in some areas!

Just wondering if it’s possible to change the height of the CSS drop down menus? Currently, it only seems possible to change the width but I may be missing something!

Many thanks in advanced,

Fergus

Wouldn’t the height be adjusted by the amount of list items you had? Or are you talking about the padding between the list items?

The only height option (at least I can think of) is by adjusting the padding and you have to adjust that by hand using HTML markup.

Thanks for your reply. I’m more wanting to adjust the height of the actual space the background of text takes up. Is that possible?

Furgus, if I understand you correctly you can do what you want by adjusting the leading of the text in the list. For instance, I wanted a CSS menu to look similar to the ones used by Apple, so I set the leading to 243% for the main category text. I left the text for the actual drop down lists alone. The result is that the menu appears on the page as taller in height and the drop down lists appear at standard height.
