Help CSS menu drop down

Hi - take a look

The TUITION button has a drop down but you cant select the drop down because it disappears when you roll over? Its fine with inline stuff under it as here:

Hi Justin,

Select the item top-barholder and select the Item>Bring to Front menu item.
