Help with animation

Hello friends, I recently went into Ronald McDonald House (foundation) website, where I found an really interesting and cool animation. I tried to do something similar in Hype for my web (I am developing it), but it was unsuccessful. Therefore, I was wondering if any could help me or at least give me some guidelines. PS: The animation is where it says: “meet our families”

Here is an example that uses a Div within Div construction http://www.deltadesign.co/FW6Test/scrolling-carousel.html

It consists of a parent Carousel Div with nested divs as the carousel panes.

You can also use an unordered list.
