Help with Carousel action

I have the Carousel action on a page on my website (mootools I think) and it works perfectly in Firefox and safari but not in internet explorer.
I feel sure the action is applied properly… any ideas folks? Apart from IE is rubbish.

Can you post a link to your page David - what version of IE is not working?

Also if it is a MooTools Carousel (the standard one for FW is NOT Moo based) are there other FW actions on that page?

Also check that with nothing selected on your page. In the 3rd tab in the Page Inspector that you have enabled IE6/IE7 compatibility.

I dont think you have done this - best to do it on your Master(s) and in any new documents.

It can also be set in File>Document Setup>Output to ensure that any new page/master has it. Do it in new projects too.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Image Guardian and Carousel didn’t get
along with one another. I’ve never tested that combination, but I
believe that IG adds some structural markup to your page, and
depending on the order of publishing (which is usually out of the
Action-writer’s or the designer’s control) there may be some issues
with elements not being where they’re expected to be in the document
tree at the moment that either of these Actions are taking a large
pair of pruning shears to that tree.
