Hi i need to be able to put a upload message you can reply to function on my website with the option of adding a pic to it …
Has anyone got any ideas…

Forms to Go (third-party application) can do this. You might want to give that a look.

Or you could use a service like WuFoo to create a form that you can integrate in your FW document. http://www.wufoo.com

Dealing with the security aspects of file uploads is not a matter to be taken lightly.
