hosting wordpress

Is it possible to install wordpress in a blank freeway page so as to keep my css menu or do I have to use some sort of Iframe. My site is http://www.nakean.com and I host with Ipage. There is a wordpress smart script install where I host my page.

You can frame in a Wordpress site, but that’s really not the done
thing. It kills your search engine mojo dead, for one thing, and it’s
enormously hostile to your visitors, because it breaks bookmarks and
other foundation blocks of the Web, for another.

Better to find a template that’s close to your current site (or –
horrors – tweak your current site to look more like a stock WP
template) and then you host them side-by-side. That’s seriously not
such a bad thing, because there are just so many WP templates out
there that something is bound to work for you.
