How can I do this?

I have been charged with recreating the menu on this site:

using only these assets:

How can I do this in Freeway? Thanks in advance.

Use the rollover action. cut up the images. create an offset version to create the jump effect of the text. Would help a lot if you could get the text on a separate layer -

Or you could use the CSS sprite way

Thanks so much! The problem is that the rollovers don’t show the animation in the gifs. I can get an animated gif to show if I just import the image, but as soon as I add the rollover action to it, the animation no longer works. Any ideas? Thanks again.

PS- I forgot to mention that using the rollover action works in Safari, but not in Firefox when published. Why should it be any different from the site that I am trying to imitate?

Thanks again.

Not sure why the firefox rollover not working? It should and does work fine on all browsers when I test.

Image 1 rollover bar (normal)

image 2 rollover (on hover) place the image with the text raised

When you go to the site:

Are you seeing the raised text animate, or just jump? It’s supposed to be a smooth transition to the “raised” position.

If the image is just “jumping”, then it’s not being seen correctly.

Please let me know so that I can further troubleshoot. Thanks.

Are you looking in Safari or Firefox? I see animation on his page in Firefox as well, however.

I have the opposite response from my browsers. It frustrates me to no end that web and graphic protocols aren’t interpreted in a universal fashion. Thanks for the feedback. I will keep searching for a solutions to this…
