How do I import .spg file into Freeway 5.5.1 pro

I built a couple of Showcase galleries & saved the spg files in my Finder. How do I export my .spg file into Freeway 5.5.1 pro website I have already built?
Or how do I import my .spg file into Freeway 5.5.1 pro website I have already built? I know which pages in my 5.5.1 website I want to place the thumbnail galleries on. However, when I click on the Showcase help menu in the toolbar it says, “Help isn’t available for Showcase”. (And yes I did have a working internet connection when I clicked on the help tab).
My 5.5.1 software is is not a trial version & yes it is registered.

I’m using A MBP 10.6.4

Procwssor 2.66 GHz Intel Core Duo

Memory 4 GB 1067 MHz DDR3

Startup Disk Macintosh HD

To export your file: File > Export Images (or click the arrow at the bottom of the window)

Import into your FW document…

Insert > Action Item > Showcase - Gallery/Slidewhow

The open the ‘Actions Pallet’ and choose/navigate to your showcase file.

Have a look in the 'Whats New In FW55.pdf ’ (from Softpress)

page 11

Note: You can save your Showcase application file
to make edits later. In the Showcase application,
go to File>Save, choose a name and location and
click Save. This will save a file with a suffix of
“.spg” to your hard disk.
The Showcase gallery file created when you use
the Export to Freeway function has a suffix of
“.fwgallery”.

It works well although you can not it seems transfer a .spg file to another machine or disk in one piece. But no problem once they are a .fwgallery file in your site. See Tim’s comments here http://www.freewaytalk.net/thread/view/78559#m_78567
