Help? I can’t remove text styling or apply no style. And I cant create H1 text. Style 3 is applied - it looks the same but of course isn’t an H1 tag.
This is driving me insane!
Please, please somebody help…

A link to your page online would help. You may have added a style inadvertently.

Hi David

This is the test site. Hope fully you can see where the H1 heading should be.

I see your style3
Select all the text in that HTML box (click in the box till you get a flashing cursor - Cmd + A, just so you don’t miss anything) and use the the main FW menu Style>Remove Styling
That should get you back to unstyled text and then reapply your H1 being careful to just select that line.

Yes. I understand that… and no that doesn’t work. Also if I copy and paste an H1 heading from another page it is given the style 3. If I enter text and apply the H1 tag it is given the style 3.

Hmmm - I do see that your style3 and your H1 are almost identical.
Try editing style3 in the style inspector ie with nothing selected on the page Right click on style3 > Edit Style
In the dialogue that opens add H1 into the Tag field and Tab across to the Name field - then click OK down the bottom.
You should now have h1.style3 applied to your header.
Now try and see if you can change it to a plain h1 (or leave it as is)
