How can I start over on a different computer if I have the complete Site Folder?

The Site Folder (as published by Freeway) is meaningless to Freeway.
If you have the Freeway document file, and don’t have the Site Folder,
then you’re fine. Freeway stores everything it knows about your entire
site within that one binary file, and publishes the pages and images
out of that document, using it as a set of instructions to generate
the site, rather than storing the site itself in HTML and image format.
The pages and files Freeway generates during the publishing process
have precisely the same relation to the Freeway document as the pieces
of paper spilling out of your printer do to a Word document. Freeway
never looks at those files once it generates them, and never reads
them back in when making edits to your site.
