You dont say what version of FW you are using but if you have Pro then you could use Transition FX to make your coupon appear on Page Load.
That particular example also sets a cookie so that you will only see the coupon once.
Here is an example http://www.deltadesign.co/fw_examples/other/cookiepage.html that uses the cookie method.
