HTML 5... new action or for Freeway 6

It is a really nice page, and great examples. My only thought on this is that whilst we can progress with sites and technologies, we will all have the majority of our clients playing catch up with IE. Very annoying when we want to play and having to stick with designs IE6/7/8 can cope with.
