How can you have a page aligned center with html boxes expanding on both
sides, then css items on the page? How can you have all these on the same
page without having problems?

I’m not sure what you have planned for those expanding boxes on the
sides. But to center a fixed-width page and still allow other elements
to expand, you can double-click inside the page itself, insert / HTML
item, drag that item out to whatever width you want your central page
to have, and then set its margin to Auto. Anything nested into this
box will stay true to the “page”.
