I have a newsletter that looks fine in everything apart for Outlook 2007 and 2010 - when it is in those email clients there is a big gap underneath the bright blue block about half way down.
Does this rendering error happen to others? and if so has anyone figured a way round it?

Hi Nathan, we cannot check it on the website. You need to send the NL out. Rendering is different.

Yes. Sent it out both through mailchimp and also through Safari>Mail and the gap shows. I will do some further tests but it’s really annoying.
