Hyperlink not working

Hi
Just testing out my brand new site for my business.

I am having trouble getting a hyperlink to work.

I have applied the link to an external site, I have double checked the link, the hyperlink window in freeway says that the website I want to go to is applied.

But when I preview the site in Safari or Firefox, when clicking the link, it takes me to another page in my site and not the external link I want.

Anyone any ideas?

Have you a link to this where we can see it online?

Otherwise we are stumbling in the dark.

Also there is a button under the area for your external link “Check” which will check to see if a link is valid

Have you tried reapplying your master page to your published page?

Sometimes the link can be broken. When you remove the link and re-apply it, try selecting the link on the published page (non-master) and see if it’s the same as on the master.
