Hyperlink to an area within a page?

I’ve tried to search for this, but I can’t even figure out the correct terms to search for.
On a FAQs page I would like to have a list of questions at the top of a page, each linked to their respective answer further down the page. How is this done?
Here is my FAQs page,

BTW, thanks to everyone who answered my web-yep questions last week, I’m slowly wrapping my head around some of the ‘advanced’ features of web-yep.

Just a little tip here

If you always want your link to your anchor make the anchor text appear at the top of the window when clicked then put an item down the bottom of the page as far down beyond the ‘Front Range Web’ text as required.
