Why I can’t see my transparent background at iFrame content in İnternet Explorer? It show white background any html or css style, specially in external php page like a mail-form.

I have more or less the same problem. No php involved here. In my case I have the text rendered as gif. I don’t have a pc to check but got someone telling me about this problem. Is it only ie or does this also happen on other pc browsers?
