So I have been trying to create a slide show using the SHOWTIME tab but the larger images are just way too large when I import into freeway. Not large as in file size but the actual dimensions of the image being displayed are so big that even with the browser taking up the whole screen you can not fully see the image and have to scroll down to see the rest of it.
Ive tried resizing the original images but all it does is scale them back up but with lesser visual quality.
Is there any way to scale them down so that they fit with in the confines of the web page that I am building?
Have you tried the Original Size option in the menu at the bottom of the window? Note that this will optimize the output for Retina devices so they’ll appear half the resolution of your originals in the browser. If this is an issue, double the width and height in your graphics application. You don’t need to reimport the images but be aware that the preview images in Exhibeo won’t update until a change is made to one of the images (such as reordering the images). You can publish without needing to do that extra step, though.
