Inline fade question

When I have a box that is set to lower opacity (e.g. to fade a background image or color) the everything else in the box, even in separate boxes is also faded, including text.

Is there any way to avoid this?

Yes. Instead of changing the opacity of the box, change the opacity of its background. Click once on the box, and remove any background color you may have added through the first tab of the Inspector. Then, click on the second tab of the inspector, and open up the Graphic Background segment. Click on the first [ ] box below that, and set a color and opacity there.

Ah. That section down there. Got it. Thanks Walt.

Any ideas about my other question:
Full width with page alignment?
