Excellent news!
Mine too didn’t announce the update; worse, my french version of 3.2 openly says, “you indeed have the last one”!

FWIW the changes:

Add style, blend and opacity options to layers.
Add direct import and export for Intaglio Sketchpad files.
Improve SVG import and export.
Code signed for use with GateKeeper on Mac OS X 10.8.
Miscellaneous bug fixes and improvements.
