The unsubscribe email was briefly mentioned in “And we’re back” though you might not read the FreewayTalk list. That email wasn’t meant to be sent (which I stopped from happening approximately a sixth of the way through) but everyone was unsubscribed and re-subscribed as part of migrating servers last week.
I’m not sure why your password would not have been recognised but I’ll send you a reset email manually and find out whether that email failed to send or [left our server successfully and] failed to be delivered.
