actually dave - they are allowing all to upgrade - I am not due till 6/24/11 but am able to upgrade to the 16 for 199 USD or the 32 for 299.

Seriously though, it’s a pretty sweet piece of tech.
My postman just upgraded his iphone to the latest operating system (?) and now finds there’s more of a drain on the battery.
I’m thinking of upgrading to a £25 pay as you go 
all I need/want is a phone.
