Is this possible?

Well I know it is… what would be the best / most effective/efficient way of going about it…

I’m going to be doing a horizontal site instead of portrait, and will want some data pulled in from a database (will leave that to the developers), but I will be doing the whole site.

Would it be a full background image? Or smaller ones ‘sewn’ together.

Has anyone else developed a fully scrolling site like this?
Any advice would be cool.

Thanks
Nathan

I would definitely recommend multiple images, so that the loading can be incremental. Also, so that when you get the site done and start looking for ways to make it load quicker, you can implement lazy-loading for everything that’s not on-screen.
