Here’s an article I read a few days ago that I thought was really rather interesting. Essentially, if you make things too easy, people lose interest – just like when things are too hard. But, by introducing just the right amount of difficulty, people feel they have achieved something significant AND worthy of their involvement. A simple idea, I know – but I think worth a mention and maybe a little discussion. Or not. Whatever.
