Sure. You will create a single really tall page. Make your header bar a Fixed In Window positioned element, and within that header bar, create anchor links to your individual headers (or more likely, to an element positioned [header bar height] pixels above the actual header). Then apply the SmoothScroll Action to the page. All done.

Just wanted to say I stumbled onto you inline screencast (http://kimmich-dm.de/screencasts/screen2-inline.php) and found it quite illuminating. After struggling to get it working from what I’d read, seeing it in action made it look simple and I now think I ‘get it’.
