Here is a good link from Softpress:
It’s very easy to follow, open Freeway and your doc, make sure you are on the index page, select Meta Tags from the Page menu on top bar. Click NEW and add Keywords in Name field, Value would be your keywords typed one after another with just a comma separating. Click okay.
Then repeat the process, Name would now be Description and Value would be a well thought out description of your site’s business in sentence for.
For SEO - I’d look to see what your hosting company offers, submit to the major search engines or find a service that will do the submit for you…also check out the oldie but goodie Robots.txt. (http://www.squidoo.com/robotsengines )
Hope this helps.

do you put a space after the comma?
Apparently it is not necessary but just makes it more readable to you if you do.

A tip would be to visit sites that come highly ranked in the same fields as yours and have a look at theirs.
I would do my keywords in plain text editor and then copy/paste into the FW dialogue box.
But remember that keywords/metatags are not all they are cracked up to be.

Thank you,
That is what I thought I had read on the forum, but my client wants them there. It is better to be safe than sorry.

Yes but there are far more important things that will increase page rankings so make sure you do them as well. Read Keith’s article.

Also remember that as of September of 2009, Google no longer uses keywords. Here’s a site I’d check out as well:
