The lack of the E means precisely that the Action won’t run on
Express. It’s not an omission, the fact that it isn’t there means
something. Softpress have chosen to use this particular feature as an
incentive for Express users to upgrade to Pro. I encourage you to
think about that – it’s not a very large bump, and the feature set
difference is amazing. If you do one hour’s work for someone else’s
site (hey, that means you’re a pro!), you’ve paid for it.

The Last Updated action is not even on the Actionforge site unfortunately. It has to be downloaded from a site that does not support that system.
I would agree that if you are a pro then the Pro version would be easy to justify. In my case I am updating a club web site on a purely voluntary basis and I use Freeway only for this, so the Pro option is not an option as the Express AS version is only £17.99 and the Pro version is a huge jump in price.
