Layer fade

On my page is a Flash banner that just must fade away after 4 seconds when acessing the page, so no Target needed (I think). It won’t disappear.
I tried to change the stacking, tried Freeway 5.1.3 (see other posts)
Settings are: Initialy, Restore No, Fade, 4, Indigo, 1.
What is wrong? Thanks

Draw an HTML layer (DIV) and then place your Flash movie within that
layer. Apply Transition FX to the layer (not the movie) and set the
preferences to On Page Load: Fade, Delay: whatever duration you like.
Leave the other settings alone.

The timer will start counting from the moment that the entire page
has loaded (which means that your movie has downloaded completely).
If your movie calls another movie for data, that second call may be
out of band for the effect to notice, but if this is a simple movie
then everything should play the way you intend it to, and then the
movie will fade away.
