And what version of FW you are using - but we can often work that out from the underlying code if we can see it.
Using Freeway 6.0 and selecting different page and window backgrounds. The problem is that applying RPL shortens the page background. There is a footer pinned to the bottom of the window at 0px.
Try applying the Auto Clearfix Action to the page and checking the option “Apply to all unfloated elements”. This fix will be included in the RPL Action by default so any sites you make in the future won’t need to go through the same process.

Can’t help you about the footer I’m afraid but should just say that the sandstone background image on your valley forge site is over 500kb and takes an age to load - needs to be a fraction of this.
