Link from Scrolling Banner

Hi
I have created a site with a scrolling banner on the home page. I can’t see a way to link the text in the banner to specific pages.
For the banner I have insert html markup item with this code:
100,000 Pallets in stock for immediate delivery…60,000 pallets processed every week…We operate 24/7…Nationwide delivery…

any advice would be gratefully received.
