Links don't work. Please help!

In the centre of the page the right-hand column shows four recipe images plus titles. Each has a link which doesn’t work.

What have I done wrong and how can I rectify this problem?

Try selecting the text, remove the link, reapply the text style and reapply the link - see if that works.

Have a look at Div Item12 - does it overlap the others containing the links?

Try sending it to back and see if that does the trick.
