Somehow I managed to lose a site build with freeway.
On our server however, there are still the uploaded .html files, except for the index file, but thats no big deal.
I wonder, is there a way to import these .html files in a newly build site?

Simple answer - Nope!
FW’s HTML importing is not good. You would be as quick to rebuild it. There is a knowledgebase piece on the subject at http://www.softpress.com/kb/questions/40/Fast+Way+to+Recreate+a+Website
How did you manage to ‘lose’ a site? Have you still got all the original media - that will make things easier.
