Hello. Im looking for a programmer to set up properly a server that will be use for sending newsletters. I mean, the DNS, reverse DNSs, and all this things that can make your email doesnt reach the destiny mailbox. The sending is going to be maden with phplist, so, if the programmer knows about this program it would be better.
Please, if you can do this job, please send me an email with cost, time, and your contact details.
As much as I like the can-do spirit here, I cannot recommend this approach unless you are willing to accept a very high failure rate, or have the budget for a full-time person to maintain this system and get it out of mail jail when (not if) it lands there. Sending bulk commercial mail in this day of spam and bots and whatnot is fraught with peril. When there are services like MailChimp, which allow you to send tens of thousands of messages per month to thousands of people per list FOR FREE, you’d be nuts to try to roll your own. I say that kindly. I say that as someone who loves to build things from scratch for the learning experience. I would not do this. Let that sink in for a moment.
