mals cart question

Can anyone help:

I use mals on a site but now need to be able to have additional products available ONLY if certain others have been selected.
To clarify if you have a look at this page:

If a customer selects any of the first 4 products with orange price boxes - then an additional list of add ons are available. These options are free with the first 4 but can not be purchased on their own.

Can’t for the life of me see how to do this.

Can’t answer your question, but I have seen pages where all necessary add ons are shown to be clickable and added to cart. If it doesn’t vary too much you could make a master of it for easy application.
