Mals cart voucher

Please forgive me, I’m probably asking a ridiculous question and I don’t want to email the Mals people.

I created a voucher, then it says I need to send it to the recipient.

1: How do I send it?

2: How do they use it?

THanks

Tony

When you create the voucher, you get an ID number with it. You can
then use the “Issue Voucher” tab and fill in the person’s name and
email. Now write a little message to them and tell them about the
voucher and amount. The next time they order from you the name and
email will trigger the voucher. I think this is the way it works.
You can also send them their voucher number in your email.

Hi Tony,

Although I’ve not used vouchers myself my understanding is that you create the voucher in your Mals admin area, e-mail this to your buyer (or promote it how you see fit - printed coupons for example). When they make their purchase they can then use the code in the cart to get the discount against the order.
Regards,
Tim.
