Mals ecommerce 'continue shopping' button issues

Hi,

I have created a Mal’s ecommerce account for my new website. It all works fine until I press the ‘continue shopping’ button where it then directs me to a different URL address even though I have made no reference to it in my shop settings. When I go to buy an item on the new website and then click the ‘continue shopping’ button I am taken to this other URL address (which also happens to be a website that I own but tagged on the end of the address are the folder and html page for the new website.) I have made no reference anywhere to my other website in my new Mal’s shop settings but it insists on taking me to the other domain name with folders and files from my new website. An error message appears "Not Found
The requested URL " " was not found on this server. (with name of server and port number)

I have no idea why it is directing me to my other website as everything on the shop is set up for a completely different URL address (the return link contains the link to the new web address too) There is nothing on my Mal’s ecommerce shopping cart or my freeway settings that refers to my other website. I have even deleted the Mal’s shopping cart account once and created a new one just to make sure I haven’t accidentally made any reference to it and checked it again and again.

My host says it’s not a server issue so I am really confused as why this is happening. I’ve set up Mal’s ecommerce sites with the same server a few times now and never had any issues until now. Any help would be really appreciated.

Thanks

Mog

Issue resolved thanks to fantastic support from my web hosts. It was not a server issue but my own mistake which they helped me to figure out. I did not have the correct settings in my Freeway document. So all I need now is a memory upgrade and remember to check EVERYTHING next time before panick sets in!

Thanks again

I assume that the problem was that you didn’t have the correct Web Address in the Upload section of File>Document Setup?

Yep! That’s the one! I had completely forgotten about it as I created the document quite a while back for testing the site so when it came to uploading it to the new domain name I had completely forgotten to check the document set up. All working fine now since I updated it.

Thanks again
