menu bar broke 3.5 to 4

I have just had to update a site from 3.5 to 4(because of an upgrade to tiger) and it has broken the menu bar the drop downs still work but do not link in Firefox. Is this a known problem? How can I fix it asap, luckily I did a test upload so it hasnt replaced the original but its a restaurant sitte and they have changed their menus.

Anybody help here please. I worked out that freeway 4 removed all my links in the submenus but now the action wont work at all.

Hi Adam,

This isn’t a known issue no, but then these aren’t the current
versions so nothing could be done about them now anyway. You may be
better off sending a request into our support team with a copy of your
file so they can see if there’s an issue with the way it has been set
up: support(a)softpress.com

Thanks for the quick reply Joe, I have just fixed it, the conversion from 3 to 4 had removed some of the options in the action on the master page. Hopefully thats the end of it now. Will I have as much trouble with my sites when I upgrade to the latest version?

No, the upgrade from 4 to 5 is better. There were huge differences in
the underlying way pages work between 3 and 4.
