A contact form is fine with just Text Fields but when I introduce a
Menu/List it is very small and looks so out of place in the form. Is there any way to make these drop downs look more in keeping with the form text styles?

Sorry Trev - that setting determines how many items to show so 1 is correct.
The default text size for that input is 11px so it might be worth using the Form Element Styler action.
