Mootools accordian error

I have the accordian on my page, but in IE9 it opens on page load - but doesn’t in IE7 or 8 - is this an error others have found? and if so, was there a workaround?

Does this happen for anyone else?

To reiterate, when the page first loads all the accordion elements are open in IE9. Still haven’t worked out why, but the client is quizzing me.
