moving an obj, w/out duplicating - simple?!

Hi and good day,

Probably an extremely simple task: How to move an object (such as an image in an Intaglio doc.), w/out duplicating it?

When clicking and holding the cursor - and shifting the obj. aside, Intaglio duplicates it, but doesn’t move it!

Any advice most welcome!

You have to click&drag immediately not to duplicate it while holding shift-key down to maintain one axis. If you look into Intaglio´s Preferences under Tools you can adjust the delay before it makes a duplicate or turn it completely off.

Haha, that was a feature I had not noticed before! I never had any problem because I never even considered the idea of click-and-holding something without moving! I click and cmd-D.

Now I can see if I like this other duplication action. Thanks for that! :slight_smile:
