I have a page the needs to have 2 link styles. I have 1 style set up but would like to know how to set up a second one that resides at the bottom of every page. This second one is used for navigation.

You can set link styles for boxes as well as pages: select a box and display the Item Appearance panel in the Inspector palette. Click on the disclosure triangle next to Links to show this section, if it is not already open.
